The Insolvency and Public Trustee's Office (IPTO) provides services in:

• Administration of the affairs of individual and corporate insolvencies
• Administration of the estates of deceased persons
• Administration of motor accident compensation claims
• Licensing and regulation of moneylenders & pawnbrokers

IPTO is a dynamic organization, committed to the continuous pursuit of excellence. In November 1998 IPTO was the first legal institution in Singapore to be ISO certified. In July 2000, IPTO attained the Singapore Quality Class certification, and the People Developer Standard followed later in November 2001.

IPTO achieved the Public Service Award for Organisation Excellence on 29 Aug 2002.
